Past Life Regression Hypnosis and Emotional Healing

Past life regression and emotional healing go hand in hand. Exploring past lives can help bring out the talents and challenges that you came into this life to work out.

An amazing thing I see in past life regression is when people have deep emotional releases from reliving a past life event. The funny thing is that therapeutic benefits occur even when the client has doubts about the past life they have witnessed.

Your talents are there to serve your life purpose. The challenges are there to serve as
weights, like in weightlifting. You may, for example, have been born with artistic talents
into a family with no appreciation for art. Your life purpose may be all about learning to
accept that you need to approach your art while feeling unsupported or even
undermined by those closest to you. The insecurity of not being supported by those closest to you may be part of the plan.
This scenario and many others come down to a familiar theme: Will you choose your
authenticity and purpose or will you choose to seek love and acceptance through
conformity?
Past life regression brings in a new possibility into this kind of situation. One
hypothetical example of how this works is that you see a series of past lives where you
chose to ignore your talents in past lives in order to avoid being rejected by those
closest to you. You uncover the fact that the pattern you came into this life to alter is a
pattern of neglecting your gifts for fear of rejection.

Past life regression: Rejection vs Conformity

We all have a survival instinct that is buttressed by fear. The fear of rejection is basically
a fear of death, or a fate worse than death. Humans developed in small groups that
were held together for survival. Weirdness could mean death for everyone and
conformity meant safety. We have an animalistic reaction to others putting our lives in
danger. Road rage is a very good example of this. So, conformity is rewarded and
weirdness can be seen as a threat to the survival of the group.
But on the soul level it is uniqueness that is crucial. The soul level is interested in
bringing uniqueness to the human experience. The soul is endlessly creative and
evolutionary in its essence. When we embody uniqueness and creativity, we evolve. But
to get to this point we have to overcome the pressures to conform that come from the
outside, from family, friends and colleagues. We have to let that freak flag fly without
freaking the world out to the point that we get rejected and even shunned.
