The "New Earth" is All Around Us

Dolores Cannon, my mentor in past life regression hypnosis, introduced the concept of a New Earth that is unfolding in stages. In her book, "The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth," she examined numerous hypnosis sessions where clients identified as "volunteers" who had incarnated on Earth to aid in a significant transformation of humanity.

In my work, using Dolores Cannon's QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) I have not only confirmed her findings, but have also had numerous clients tell me the next level of this story.
The New Earth is already here.
It's not the Earth that needs to shift at this point, it is us. We are at a point in our spiritual evolution where we have to catch up to the frequency the Earth is already at. We can see this as an amazing thing or a huge challenge to humanity. In fact, it's both. Let me explain.
I'll start off with the "bad news" first. The fact that the Earth is at a higher frequency means that we are being triggered like never before on levels we are barely aware of. We all know of the mental health crisis that was triggered by the epidemic. We all know about all of the sinister things being revealed about people in "high places" and the mind games being played on the populace. All is being revealed, bit by bit.
This cleansing process is required if we are to "catch up" to the higher frequencies we are already immersed in.
Internally we are also being triggered. To become sensitive to higher frequencies, which are lighter and finer and more subtle, we must clear out heavy, negative energy. But, first we need to see it, experience it and feel what it does to us. This can be painful, but it is a necessary step. Anyone seeking to skip this step will see that it cannot be skipped, and that suffering may be the result of our avoidance.
So, how do we deal with this? How do we not resist?
We feel. We reconnect with the subtle senses in our emotional body. This cannot happen as long as we hold onto and resist releasing, the suffering we unwittingly hold onto. Imagine trying to do a wine tasting right after eating all of the scorching wings on "Hot Ones". There is no way you could taste the subtlety of a fine wine after eating mouth numbing chilis.
Feel the sadness you try never to feel and cry if that's what wants to happen. This goes for insecurity, fear and any other emotion that causes suffering. Feel it. Choose to not only feel it, but to bring it into your heart and shower it with love. Shower your fear with love and you will awaken a dormant part of yourself. Then love that part and have a blissful reunion with it. As the heaviness is released (old, dense, negative), the lightness will come in.
And, here is the good news.
The wind is at your back now.
When I was in high school there was a massive windstorm in my town. It was devastating and left many of inches of sand and dirt in every building and even car in the city. Well, on my way home from school I had my jacket open to feel the force of the wind, stepped off of a curb, and actually flew a few feet. Taking one small step with the wind at my back turned into a leap that shocked me.
We all have the ability now to let the universe/god/spirit guides or whatever you imagine out there to take away issues that we may have been holding onto for lifetimes. Realizing that, when we are hit by issues we thought were cleared, we need to have a plan, a strategy. What I recommend is to feel. Feel whatever comes through you.
Screen Door Analogy
Imagine you are the screen door and your emotions are the wind. Let the wind pass through the screen door. Let you emotions blow right through you. After you practice doing this you will start to notice that emotions only hurt when you hold onto and recycle them. When you allow them to pass through you get Emotional Digestion. Your body had emotional digestion built in. You feel sad and the body releases the sadness with tears. If you hold back the tears you may get emotionally constipated.
Did you know that a lot of people with chronic constipation have a habit of holding in their emotional pain? It's not a coincidence.
When the body wants to laugh, cry, scream or whimper, who are you to stop it? Just let it happen. Obviously you may not be able to do it in every moment. But, you can do it much more than you do now. Start with that.
I'll have more on this later.....
