Booking, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payment & Booking Policy

To ensure the highest quality of care and security for both practitioner and client, the following policies apply to all sessions:

  • Secure Online Booking: All sessions must be booked through our secure Wix portal, Venmo, Paypal or Zelle. 

  • Payment Methods: For security and record-keeping, we accept all major credit cards and digital payments processed through our secure encrypted site and the other methods outlined above. We do not accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, or overpayments.

  • Identity Verification: New clients booking for minors or multiple family members may be asked to complete a brief phone intake prior to the first session to ensure we are the right fit for your needs.

  • Deposit Requirement: A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your time slot. (Sessions at your location may require an additional deposit.)  The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

  • No-Show & Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are subject to a fee. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your session.

Policy

For a full refund of your deposit, please make sure to cancel your appointment by email to andysway@yahoo.com or text to 212-505-7729 within 24 hours of the start time of the appointment.

No refund will be issued to clients cancelling within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
